Climbing builds self confidence and enhances both teamwork and self-reliance. Climbers learn to control their bodies and solve complex physical challenges by using their brains as well as their muscles. The social and athletic skills acquired through climbing will provide a lifetime of enjoyment. Youngsters are supervised by Atlanta Rocks! staff and will have ample time to develop friendships with other homeschool climbers. Parents are encouraged to relax in the gym, or get some work done, while their kids climb (Free Wi-Fi).
Offered from 12 pm-2 pm or 2 pm-4 pm, Monday-Friday (except holidays), while school is in session, for children ages 5-17. Please call for reservations!
Homeschooler curriculum will include the following enumerated activities as well as other activities created by Atlanta Rocks! instructors:
- Top Rope Climbing
- Belaying (once a belay test is passed for those 12+)
- Speed Climbing
- Bouldering
- Traversing
- Endurance
- Rotating Climbing Wall
- Technique Pointers and Instruction

An Atlanta Rocks! Waiver of Liability Agreement is required of all climbers. If the climber is under 18, it must be signed by their parent or legal guardian. Download waiver here.
